Where do I check to see where I've been spending my Big Red Dollars?
The ID Center can provide a usage printout upon your request to pick up and review, or you can register online for the Managemyid site http://www.managemyid.com/?loc=wku for online balance inquiries, report lost card, and view usage.
Where can I use Big Red Dollars on-campus?
All WKU dining locations which includes 2 convenience stores located on campus as well as a south campus dining/c-store location, the WKU Bookstore, WKU Postal Services, WKU Health Services, WKU Parking & Transportation, snack, drink, & laundry vending, computer lab printing, NStyle (part of your operation but still on campus), Preston Center Health & Wellness Center, Preston Center ORAC, and SIFE Print Center.

How much should I deposit each semester?
A good amount to start would be probably $200-$300--it will roll over if YOU don't use it all.
What happens to my funds if I lose or damage my Big Red ID Card?
Fund's remain on the account, but you will have to get a new card to access them. In the case of a lost card, you need to report it lost immediately to keep anyone else from using your funds, and a replacement card will cost $20. Damaged cards are replaced for free if you turn in the damaged card (within reason).
